Scott has lived in Council District 3 with his family for almost 3 decades. His daughters were born at Providence Cedar-Sinai Tarzana Hospital, attended west valley public schools and played AYSO soccer. His wife is a National Board-Certified teacher at a local public LAUSD elementary school. Scott's commercial real estate brokerage business has been focused on the western San Fernando Valley business community for over 35 years.

Chairman, Board of Directors.

Dedicated to improving the lives of developmentally challenged infants and children through early intervention, regardless of economic limitations. Currently spearheading expansion into Reseda.

Services provided at CSUN, Pierce College, and Valley College, Hillel 818 seeks to enrich the lives of Jewish undergraduate and graduate students so that they may enrich the Jewish people and all people of the world. Currently spearheading the expansion and renovation of the facility at CSUN.

Organization advocates for the business community. Member of the Committee to fix the broken Planning Department and Building & Safety Departments and on the Economic Development Committee.
